Diana A. Ehrlich Diana joined Ostroff, Hiffa and Associates in 2011 and is a seasoned association executive with over 18 years of experience representing the business community. Prior to joining Ostroff, Hiffa & Associates, Diana served as the Vice President of Advocacy and Communications for the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she developed and managed the Chamber's state and federal advocacy efforts.Diana previously served as Assistant State Director of the National Federation of Independent Business, Assistant Vice President of the Life Insurance Council of New York and Legislative Analyst for The Business Council of New York State, Inc. Throughout her career, Diana has developed, coordinated and implemented affirmative and defensive policy positions, comments, and lobbying activities in response to legislative, regulatory and executive actions impacting the business community. She hasworked on a range of state and federal issues always with a goal on improving the business climate and enhancing the economic vitality of the state. She has built strong and lasting relationships with members of the NYS Legislature, Executive Chamber, and State agencies and has served on several committees, task forces and councils. Diana received her MBA from the College of Saint Rose and her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Siena College.
