Megan Osika

Megan joined Ostroff, Hiffa & Associates (OHA) in 2004. Her areas of concentration include transportation, construction and energy. Over the years, Megan has developed relationships with the Governor's Office, the New York State Legislature and State agencies.

Her access to key individuals, extensive knowledge of the workings of New York State Government and ability to concisely explain complex issues provides Megan with the skills to represent our clients' needs.

Megan is experienced in legislative research, budget analysis, drafting legislation and crafting memorandums on issues impacting our clients. In addition, she supervises all of OHA's legislative bill tracking and oversees legislative committee meetings and public hearings on relevant client issues.

Megan graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Political Science. She lives in Albany with her husband, Andy.
