Erin Waterhouse Erin joined Ostroff, Hiffa & Associates in January of 2002 with a background in change management, organizational effectiveness, leadership consulting and human resource training development. Her portfolio of clients has been diverse, providing her an opportunity to gain knowledge and expertise in various fields including social services, arts and entertainment, environmental issues and cemetery law. Erin brings a unique understanding of government and its impact on different industries. Her focus, ability to develop partnerships and an enduring commitment to see issues through to their end has served her clients well. Erin successfully represents clients before the New York State Legislature, the Executive Chamber and state agencies as well as communicating their priorities and needs to organizations and associations throughout the state. She has extensive experience in the research, drafting and passage of state laws and regulations, as well as in-depth budget analysis. Erin graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose, and earned a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with honors from Teachers College, Columbia University.
